Alex Selioutski, M.D.
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Alex Selioutski is a board-certified family physician with over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience, now dedicated to advancing the science of healthy aging. After a successful career in primary care and hospital administration, Dr. Selioutski transitioned to his anti-aging and longevity practice to offer a more proactive, personalized approach to medicine—one that empowers aging patients to thrive, not just survive.
Educated at the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine and trained in Family Medicine at University Hospital at Stony Brook, Dr. Selioutski also holds advanced degrees in public health (MPH), business (MBA), and healthcare administration (MHA). He is currently expanding his expertise through ongoing training with the Institute for Functional Medicine. For over two decades, he’s served the region as a private practitioner and currently as a hospital medical director in Chautauqua County.
Dr. Selioutski’s mission is to help high-performing individuals maintain their edge—physically, mentally, and energetically—as they age. By combining evidence-based medicine with cutting-edge therapies like peptides, regenerative treatments, and functional diagnostics, he tailors care plans that address the root causes of aging and extend both healthspan and vitality.
With a vision to build a multistate network of longevity clinics, Dr. Selioutski is committed to redefining what it means to age well—using science, strategy, and a deeply individualized approach.
